Our bespoke care services are delivered to adults and young people who require personal care, including individuals with long-term needs, learning disabilities, and mental health requirements.
The main objective of our agency is to provide care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, with guaranteed urgent replacement coverage. Our ethos is to deliver the best person-centred Care to all our service users. LDC operates in accordance with The Care Act 2014 and registered as provider through CQC.

Assisting clients with early morning start up help, help to get up, wash, shower or bath, dressing and preparing breakfast
Provide warm Companionship
Preparation of meals
Undertaking domestic services, laundry, ironing and light cleaning
Errands & Shopping.
Ensuring timely prompt of taking medication or managed administration of medications for those requiring a higher level of support.
Provide respite care service and overnight service and live-in care.
Recreational Activities / Dog Walking.
Assistance with artificial feeding.
Palliative care/end-of-life care and day and night care;
Catheter care, for example, changing bags and monitoring output
Colostomy or Ileostomy care – changing of bags
Assistance with prescribed medication administration both orally and tropically.
